Main ingredients: calcium carbonate, ABS, auxiliary
Features:
Masterbatch refers to the process of plastic processing and molding. For the convenience of operation, the required various auxiliaries, fillers and a small amount of carrier resin are first mixed and kneaded, and then measured, mixed, melted and extruded through equipment such as extruders. Pellets made from processing processes such as , pelletizing and so on. The auxiliary limit or filler content in the masterbatch is several to ten times higher than the amount required in actual plastic products. During the molding process, the ratio of the masterbatch to the matrix resin must be adjusted according to the content of the relevant components in the masterbatch and the amount that needs to be added to the actual product.
This product of our company is made of calcium carbonate, ABS carrier and auxiliary mixed. The main body of ABS is a blend or terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. It is a tough and rigid thermoplastic resin. Styrene gives ABS good moldability, gloss and rigidity; acrylonitrile gives ABS good heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and surface hardness; butadiene gives ABS good impact strength and low-temperature resilience. The proportions of the three components are different, and their properties also change accordingly. The largest application fields of ABS filled masterbatch are automobiles, electronic appliances and building materials. Applications in the automotive field include automotive dashboards, body exterior panels, interior trim panels, steering wheels, sound insulation panels, door locks, bumpers, ventilation ducts and many other components. In terms of electrical appliances, it is widely used in electronic appliances such as refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, air conditioners, computers, and copiers. In terms of building materials, ABS pipes, ABS sanitary ware, and ABS decorative panels are widely used in the building materials industry. ABS filled masterbatch is one of the main materials for 3D printing. The reason why it can become a consumable for 3D printing is determined by its characteristics. ABS resin has heat resistance, impact resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical resistance. It has the characteristics of excellent performance and stable product size. In addition, ABS filled masterbatch is also widely used in packaging, furniture, sports and entertainment products, machinery and instrumentation industries.
